Climate Resiliency Planning Advisory Committee

Our mission is to empower residents and organizations in our community to address climate related risks by assessing, planning for, and developing effective strategies to mitigate climate impacts by fostering long-term resilience and sustainable adaptation practices.

The City of Eden Valley would like input from people who live and work in Eden Valley to help create a new energy and climate resilience plan. Your feedback will help the city develop goals and actions to address climate related risks and other environmental concerns (e.g., severe weather, stormwater, energy, landscape, waste, etc.). The survey closes on Friday, May 23, 2025.

SURVEY

The Planning Advisory Committee held their first meeting.  This was an opportunity to begin the planning process by identifying goals and developing actions on topics such as environmental hazards, renewable energy, water conservation, public health, and other areas that are important to your community’s well-being. The end result will be a comprehensive planning document that demonstrates the city’s vision for addressing energy and climate-related topics.
